30-Day Return Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return window for all Gooden Goose products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Window:

30 days from delivery date for unworn items in original condition

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in original, unworn condition
  • Include all original packaging, shoe boxes, and accessories
  • Have tags and labels still attached
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Return Items

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return.

Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Step 3: We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Step 4: Package your items securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.

Step 5: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Free Return Shipping:

We provide prepaid return labels for all returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Quality Guarantee:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll provide a full refund including original shipping costs and arrange free return shipping.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Specify in your return request that you'd like an exchange
  • We'll send your new item once we receive the original
  • If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Shoes without original packaging or shoe boxes
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products purchased with final sale or clearance pricing
  • Gift cards and promotional items

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers with the following conditions:

  • Same 30-day return window applies
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must clear customs and arrive in original condition
  • Original duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping must include tracking information

We recommend using insured international shipping services for valuable returns. Gooden Goose is not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return transit.
