💡 Free Shipping Qualification
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. International orders require a minimum of $150 for free shipping eligibility.

Order Processing & Important Notes
📋 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
What to Expect:
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
- Processing Notification: We'll send you an update when your order begins processing
- Shipping Confirmation: Track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Delivery Updates: Receive real-time updates about your package location and estimated delivery
Holiday & Peak Season Information:
- During holiday seasons (Black Friday through New Year), processing may take 2-3 business days
- Delivery times may be extended during peak shopping periods
- We recommend ordering by December 15th for Christmas delivery
- No shipments on federal holidays (orders resume the following business day)
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, additional fees may apply:
- Customs Duties: Determined by your country's customs regulations
- Import Taxes: May be charged based on local tax laws
- Brokerage Fees: Handling fees charged by shipping carriers
- Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Gooden Goose is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country. These fees are separate from our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Certain countries may be restricted due to shipping regulations
- Orders to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders
- Weather conditions or natural disasters may cause shipping delays
